1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Get Otto's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Get Otto provides a platform connecting customers with professional cleaning service providers. We facilitate bookings, payments, and quality assurance but do not directly employ the cleaners.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booking value.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is processed at the time of booking. Prices include GST. Refunds are provided in accordance with our satisfaction guarantee policy.

5. Liability

While our cleaners are insured, Get Otto is not liable for any damage or loss that occurs during the service. Claims should be directed to the individual service provider's insurance.
